Welcome to Pop Media! These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our services, website, and any other platforms operated by us.

By accessing or using Pop Media’s services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our services.

1. Services Provided

Pop Media offers digital marketing services including but not limited to:

• Social Media Management
• Content Creation
• Paid Advertising (Meta, Google Ads, etc.)
• SEO and SEM
• Website Design and Development
• Branding and Consultation

All services will be outlined in a custom agreement before the project begins.

2. Client Responsibilities

The client agrees to:

• Provide all necessary access, materials, and approvals for the project.
• Make timely payments as per the agreed terms.
• Not hold Pop Media responsible for delays caused due to client-side inaction or delay.

3. Payments & Refund Policy

• All payments are to be made in INR (Indian Rupees) unless otherwise specified.
• Services will begin after full or partial payment as per the agreement.
• Refunds will only be considered if the service has not yet commenced. Once work begins, no refund will be entertained.

4. Intellectual Property

• Any creative content (designs, graphics, videos, etc.) developed by Pop Media remains the property of Pop Media until full payment is received.
• Once paid in full, intellectual property rights of custom work transfer to the client.
• Pop Media reserves the right to showcase completed work in its portfolio and social channels unless a confidentiality clause is agreed upon in writing.

5. Confidentiality

We respect your privacy and business confidentiality. Any confidential information shared with Pop Media will not be disclosed to third parties without your consent.

6. Limitation of Liability

Pop Media shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services. We do not guarantee specific results, such as a fixed number of followers, sales, or leads unless clearly stated in the service agreement.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate services with a written notice. In such cases, all dues up to the termination date must be settled. Work delivered until the termination point remains chargeable.

8. Changes to Terms

Pop Media reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on our website, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Kolkata, West Bengal.
